InkTec Europe are inviting Sign and Digital visitors this year to Take the Challenge! Celebrating their South Korean culture, the stand will feature several Squid Game related trials. Whether it is the Dalgona honeycomb game or a strike a light battle against a colleague – will you survive?
The Games Arena will sit alongside showcasing the JETRIX LXi8 Flatbed and the JETRIX LXiR320 Roll-to-Roll LED UV large format printers. Both are popular high-performance printers. Developed and designed to deliver high efficiency and equipped with advanced GUI systems with the latest version of Konica Minolta printheads. The LXi8 has a 3.2m flatbed delivering exceptional printing results and can operate at high production speeds of over 206 sqm/hr whilst still providing saleable output. It can accommodate a vast variety of rigid media up to 3,200 x 2,030mm and 100mm thick. Equally the LXiR320, can produce 3.2m edge to edge graphics with speeds of up to 110 sqm/h and up to 2,160 dpi maximum resolution.
Both are powered by a dedicated JETRIX GUI (Graphical User Interface) which simplifies, optimises and automates as many steps as possible. Giving the operator the ability to manage and produce complex jobs more easily and efficiently. With versatility being key, the flatbed is equally happy printing onto foamboard, as it is acrylic, glass and wood, while the roll-to-roll is perfect for large scale production of PVC, flex, fabric banner, backlit banner for indoor and outdoor signage. Both JETRIX printers are great all-rounders for commercial printers in the wide-format, signage and packaging arenas.
Ben Woodruff, Head of JETRIX UK Sales says:
“The capability of these printers is making them a popular choice for those ready to invest again in updating their production equipment. They are proving to be a realistic and affordable purchase, particularly when combined with current buying options, such as the Government’s tax relief initiatives.”
He continues;
“Working with our stand designers and builders, we are also going to be using both printers to print all of the graphics on the stand. This will include wall graphics, backlit displays and plyboard furniture to show how they really can be used in a variety of ways.”
The printers will be joined by a dedicated Inks and Media area, where a new Direct to Film ink will be launched. This textile ink creates a perfect soft texture finish while delivering superior printing quality and vivid colours, even with delicate graphics. It offers low production costs and maintains consistent quality even under high-speed printing conditions. Suitable for printers with the Epson i3200 head it gives a soft, stretchy print finish while being soap and water resistant.
Joey Kim, Managing Director of InkTec Europe says:
“With the return of Sign and Digital this year, we really wanted to make more of our cultural background. Here at InkTec, we pride ourselves on the technology heritage that the South Korean culture is associated with including the leading innovative brands of Samsung, Hyundai and LG Electronics. This attention to detail flows through everything we do, so this is a great to have the opportunity to showcase our printers alongside some fun, challenges and interactivity.”
