InkTec is proud to announce that its Direct to Film (DTF) solutions have received outstanding results in the latest Keypoint Evaluation Intelligence report. The evaluation highlights InkTec’s DTF solutions as leaders in efficiency, quality, and durability in the DTF market.
Exceptional Performance and Low Ink Consumption
The Keypoint report revealed that InkTec’s DTF device demonstrated remarkable efficiency, using the lowest ink consumption observed to date on their standard test targets. This includes minimal ink used for head cleaning, placing InkTec among the top contenders for operational cost-effectiveness.
Superior Print Quality and Precision
The evaluation underscored the device’s ability to produce high-quality prints with exceptional clarity. Text remained sharply defined down to an impressive 4pt on white T-shirts and 5pt on black T-shirts, with fine lines categorized as “very good.” Vector graphics were reproduced with rich solids, free of banding, and crisp transitions that exhibited smooth graduations.
Outstanding Durability and Washability
The report also highlighted the device’s durability, scoring exceptionally well in washability tests. Halftones and text retained their highest ratings throughout the rigorous 20-wash and tumble dry cycle, with minimal color changes and no degradation in stretch resistance. This reinforces InkTec’s commitment to delivering long-lasting print solutions that withstand daily wear.
