Ringcraft – JETRIX LXiR320 Roll-to-Roll Printer Case Study

The Challenge

Ringcraft have been producing, manufacturing and hiring boxing rings for over 25 years now. They have had a JETRIX LXiR320 printer for several years and frequently use it to produce the graphics for many of the national, international fights and other events. This included the Anthony Joshua fight in December 2020.

The Next Steps

This fight was one of the only sporting events in that pandemic year to actually happen with a live audience.

However restrictions did mean that only 1k people were allowed to watch in Wembley Arena compared to the normal seating capacity of 12.5k. So, to accommodate this significant reduction in numbers the venue needed to be properly dressed with graphics to compensate.

The Outcome

As a result, in the region of 50 – 60 banners were produced over the course of the month, some of which were 6½ by 2m in order to fill the spaces.
