InkTec’s 2025 DTF Trade In Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility
- This campaign applies exclusively to the purchase of new InkTec DTF-T652, DTF-A30 printers, ovens, and powder shakers, and the UV-604 and UV-S30 UV-DTF printers.
- Existing printers eligible for trade-in must be a DTF or UV-DTF model.
- Only trade-ins submitted and approved between 1st May 2025 and the end of 31st July 2025 qualify for this offer.
- Trade-In Value
- Customers can receive up to £5,000 for their existing DTF or UV-DTF solutions, depending on its make, model, printheads and condition.
- The final trade-in value will be assessed by an InkTec representative after the printer solutions condition is inspected.
- The trade-in printer solution must be in working order. Non-functional printers may receive reduced or no trade-in value.
- Consumables Credit
- Customers will receive a £200 voucher for use on any consumables in the InkTec Shop
- This will be supplied to the customer on the completion and installation of the eligible printer.
- The consumables credit must be redeemed by the 30th September 2025.
- Warranty
- Each printer will also benefit from a 2-year factory warranty, which will include a 1-year on-site warranty.
- Process
- Submit details of your existing DTF or UV-DTF printer solution to InkTec for initial valuation and agreement between the two parties (InkTec Europe and the customer). This may require a site visit by an InkTec engineer.
- The printer to be shipped or picked up by InkTec as part of the trade-in process. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Final trade-in value will be applied as a discount against the purchase price of the new printer.
- Limitations
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers from InkTec.
- Trade-in value and consumables credit are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customers are limited to one trade-in printer per new printer purchase.

- InkTec reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
