Adopting more of an eco-approach is easier with aqueous inks
The very nature of aqueous inks means they offer a more environmentally friendly approach to printing. Being a water-based ink they are free of harmful chemicals.
However, with InkTec aqueous inks, this does not mean you have to compromise on quality. As they are known for lightfastness, scratch and water resistance, so are perfect for indoor signage, prints, posters and other applications. This combined with them being free of harmful solvents makes them an attractive choice particularly when looking to print in-house without needing to invest in ventilation systems.
The range available varies from pigment and dye inks where the aqueous ink is suspended within the liquid and sits on top of the printed materials rather than being absorbed.
